What to Expect
- This experiential course takes place on Zoom.
- Each session introduces a couple of mindfulness practices and gives a chance to try them out, then time to share in small groups in break out rooms if you wish to.
- There will be a break in the middle of the session for about 10-15 mins.
- The course is suitable for people with health conditions as everything is adapted to suit the group.
- You will be given choices and can sit, lie, stand, or move depending on your needs. Some people like having a throw or blanket to stay cosy.
- If you miss a week you can catch up with the audio recordings and manual notes.
- You will get the most out of this course if you can spend a little time trying the practices between sessions (but no pressure!). This helps build a new habit where mindfulness becomes part of our lives, and we really begin to feel the benefits.
